Commitments and Service Charters

 

In its commitment to customer satisfaction, the SPTO has published its Commitments and Service Charters.

 

Service charters

 

Service Charters, regulated by Royal Decree 1259/1999, of 16 July, are part of the General State Administration quality management programmes promoted by the Ministry of Public Administrations to encourage quality in public services.

They are documents used by the agencies of the General State Administration to publicly inform citizens of the services they manage, establishing quality commitments and indicators by which to measure compliance.
