The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, in collaboration with the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), has developed the patent e-filing service which allows users to file online applications for European, Spanish and international patents with the SPTO.

• Sign and send the application in electronic format.
• Send the application to various different organisations (SPTO, WIPO, EPO, etc.).
