Opening a current account at "La Caixa" (bank which manages the payments to the SPTO)
Account debit authorisation. The La Caixa account holder must complete the form authorising the direct debit charged to the account by the SPTO. This form must be printed and sent by ordinary mail to the SPTO Collections Service (Paseo de la Castellana, 75, 28071-Madrid).
