Application to register the transfer of industrial designs

Public access to the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office's Online Registration service requires:

• Operating system - Windows XP or later; MAC 10.7.5 or later.
• Full functionality of the application is guaranteed with Internet Explorer (10 or higher), Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. For version 9 of Internet Explorer, the application has limited functionality (uploading of multiple images not allowed).
• Adobe Reader 9.0 or higher. Download Adobe Reader. This software is not needed for filing the application, just for viewing the receipt for it.

To make a payment via AEAT (Spanish State Tax Administration Agency), you must be in possession of a digital DNI or other certificate (see instructions for importing certificates) issued in compliance with ITU recommendation X.509.V3 (ISO/IEC 9594-8 of 1997 or later) by a Certification Services Provider which supports advanced electronic signatures and is recognised by the Public Administration (click here to see the list of certification service providers recognised by the @firma platform).
