This payment system is operated through the Class-2 Certificate from the Spanish Mint (FNMT).
Only code 61 and 62 fees may be paid online.
The payment files generated by the SPTO Fee Payment Program or those in the format based on the Specifications for the SPTO fee payment file must be submitted.These files are submitted online to the SPTO, which will in turn, send the user the payment receipt through the same system.
This system can accept files 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The files will be processed at 14:00 each working day; those received after that time will be processed the following day. Nevertheless, the date indicated in the file will be considered as the payment date, as long as it is not earlier than the delivery date.
