The average delivery time for a PTR is around 21 working days
These provide, with the desired frequency, bibliographic references for patents and utility models published inside and/or outside Spain related to a topic defined by the user.
The delivery time and frequency are agreed with the client.
These collect the bibliographic references of patents and utility models published inside and/or outside Spain in relation to the subject defined by the applicant.
The maximum delivery time is 5 working days for domestic searches and 10 working days for international searches.
With this service, the STPO offers the user access to a Spanish-language bibliographic database of the patents and utility models published in Spain (national searches), as well as an English-language database of patents published in the rest of the world (internal searches). You can use the Record Enquiries service to browse the applications presented using the service for filing forms for other distinctive sign, invention and design procedures. You can also consult the registration number and filing date. You can also access the registration receipt (PFD), the application (with and without signature (XML)) and filed appendices.
Log in will require the use of the same digital certificate that was used for the application.
