2. Only users identified by a digital DNI, a certificate issued by the Spanish Royal Mint (FNMT) or another certificate issued in compliance with ITU recommendation X.509.V3 (ISO/IEC 9594-8 of 1997 or later) by a certification service provider will be granted access.
