Contesting trademark or trade name rejections based on form or substance

This section should be used to contest the rejection of trademarks and trade names on the grounds of form. The corresponding modifications fee (CI07) must be paid in cases where the document contesting the rejection requests the modification of a file (distinctive sign, list of products or services, regulations governing use, etc.) as a result of a spontaneous request from the applicant. No fee will be payable for cases where such modifications are requested as a result of the rejection issued by the Administration.
